Our establishment is an old house of Master, transformed into Hotel with restaurant in 1949 by my grandfather, Henri Maupas. It made known it in all South-west and became the stage impossible to circumvent on the RN21. My father, stove of Gold in 1974 made party of the first 4 musketeers be made known our Gascony gastronomy in Europe.
